How readily available are spare parts for Yizumi's?

We stock a wide selection of spare parts in our workshop in Wellingborough, Northants.  As the number of machines of various models builds up in the UK, we’re expanding our spares stock.  All the regular consumables are held with us as well as the parts that are rarely needed, but accidents happen.  Any customer is welcome to inspect our spares in stock which should offer confidence that we can offer spares quickly and cost effectively when required.

As well as our own holding of spare parts, a large facility in France has been setup by Yizumi to offer support to agents as and when required.

Yizumi offer a full stock of spare parts from their various facilities in China.  These can also be inspected on request but it’s a bit of a trek.

What happens if an engineer is needed?

We employ our own team of engineers based out of our workshop – if you need an engineer, one of our team will be despatched to assist.  Each of our engineers are experienced and trained by Yizumi.  Our team have fantastic knowledge of moulding machines, built up by years of refurbishment experience.

Our in-house team are only available to Yizumi & refurbished machine customers so we can often react very quickly when required.

For large machine installations, our own team is supported by Yizumi employed engineers. 

Yizumi ensure several engineers are in Europe at any given time to offer additional support if required.

Who manages and orchestrates the after sales service?

We do – STV Machinery Ltd.  Yizumi offer us fantastic support if and when it is needed but we’re entirely responsible for UK & EIRE customers.

Being an independent agent allows us to retain control of the service for Yizumi machines.  We work on the side of our customers to resolve any issues.  In return, we gain valuable feedback for Yizumi which allows them to improve their offering for our customers.

STV Machinery is a privately owned Ltd company with the owners heading up sales, service & engineering.  Our team have a vested interest beyond one machine sale.  We spent a great deal of time researching various manufacturers before going with Yizumi and we’re confident we made the right choice.  After all, we stand to lose a lot more than our customers if we got it wrong.
