Guarantee

Every moulding machine is guaranteed fault free and leak free. If you experience any problems within 6 months from delivery or within the first 1500 operating hours (whichever comes soonest), we promise to resolve the problem at our expense in a timely manner. The first 3 months or 750 hours (whichever comes soonest) covers parts & labour, while the remaining 3 months or 1500 hours (whichever comes soonest) covers parts only.

There are a few exclusions:

We do not guarantee nozzle assemblies, nozzle bands and nozzle thermocouples. Nor the screw tip assembly, screw or barrel. However, we do guarantee that all these items are in a good serviceable condition at the time of delivery.

Ancillaries come with a 30 day return to base guarantee commencing from the delivery date.
