Several Yizumi Machine Types and Technologies Show
at K 2019.
We’re back from K 2019 and we’ve got lots to share.
Richard Perry, Managing Partner of STV Machinery went along to offer UK and EIRE clients a personal tour of the Yizumi machines on offer.
K is the largest plastics and rubber exhibition in the world. This year it attracted 225,000 visitors and featured 3,330 exhibitors from all over the world. The eight day exhibition covered 173,025 sqm at Messe Düsseldorf in Germany.
Yizumi presented various models of their machines available and shared insight into some really innovative technology. A brief overview of what was on display is below. Check out our pictures.
React Pro Technology with Yizumi D1 Series

The ReactPro process is used to produce ready-to-install plastic parts that are flooded with a polyurethane paint system inside the mould cavity.
Yizumi PAC Series Machine

With the PAC 200 we are presenting one of the fastest applications in the field of thin-walled packaging with a cycle time of 2.5 sec including in mould labelling (IML) and part removal.
Yizumi A5 Series with DCIM (Direct Compounding Injection Moulding)

Over in Hall 12 / A 27 is a Yizumi A5 Series machine with a Direct Compounding Injection Moulding (DCIM) System. The solution is sustainable, cost-effective and has fantastic new commercial possibilities for customers worldwide.
More about this innovative system can be seen at the exhibition and some further information is available by clicking here.
Yizumi machines around the exhibition
Along with the thermoplastic machines, Yizumi will be showing machinery suitable for other industry sectors at the exhibition. Rubber injection moulding machinery will be shown in Hall 14 / C59m, Yizumi’s DCIM technology will be shown on an A5 series in Hall 12 /A27 and their 3D printing technology will be on display in Hall 12 /D80. Brief details of each are below.

Rubber - C Line in Hall 14 / C 59
With the C – Line we present a new developed frame machine with highest accuracy for injection moulding of small parts or for overmoulding of inserts. The machine has an energy-efficient servo drive as standard and is optionally available with an injection unit for elastomer, TPE or plastic.

Rubber - H Line in Hall 14 / C 59
With the newly developed H – Line, Yizumi presents the world’s most compact horizontal machine driven by a servo motor for the production of rubber-, TPE- and plastic parts.

3D Printing 'SpaceA' - Hall 13 / D 80
With the C – Line we present a new developed frame machine with highest accuracy for injection moulding of small parts or for overmolding of inserts. The machine has an energy-efficient servo drive as standard and is optionally available with an injection unit for elastomer, TPE or plastic.
