STV Machinery have partnered with several manufacturers to offer their range of ancillaries to the UK market. All equipment is supported by us and each item comes with a 12-month warranty.
We started off selling the always popular single phase hopper loader (SAL300C) in January 2015 and have slowly increased the range. We’ve found the equipment to offer great reliability at competitive prices.
All equipment and spare parts are stocked in the UK for quick delivery.

Hopper loaders are used to automatically convey material. Typical use is to load a machine hopper from a material bin.
We offer two single phase loaders and a three phase option. Prices start from just £510. Proportioning valve and other items used with hopper loader are also available.
Hot air dryers are used to heat and dry material before processing. These dryers can remove surface moisture which is required for a quality finish with some materials.
We stock a range of dryers with a capacity from 15kg to 400kg. Prices start from just £1060. Stands are also available for dryers.
A full range of conveyors and other automation equipment is available. Our most popular items are conveyors with separators, ideal for sprue and part separation.
These items are manufactured by Virginio Nastri in Italy.
ECM series volumetric colour dosers are suitable for the proportioning of masterbatch or additives. There are six single additive models and one double additive model. Throughputs range from 0.1kg/hr – 30kg/hr depending on the model.
Desiccant dryers are also known as dehumidifying dryers and are used to dry hygroscopic materials.
Different sizes and combinations are available to suit individual applications, prices start from £5850.
Air-cooled or water-cooled chillers are available from stock and come in a large range of sizes.
